This application provided staff with a consistent view of back-end data utilising 4 different data sources. The application also allowed staff to create action requests for each back-end system.Historically, all 4 systems required their own frot-end application, thus requiring staff to have 4 screens opened at the same time, in ordre to handle customer requests.
